OMC /AMC - operation and maintenance contract / ANNUAL MAINTENANCE CONTRACT : -Through it is optional, it is strongly recommended to have an Annual maintenance contract with us. This A.M.C., at nominal charges will ensure the trouble free, running smooth, and long
life of the machines. We have a full fledged team of qualified and trained personnel, capable of handling all sorts of trouble shooting/problems. The parts if required during maintenance shall be charged extra during repairs only the oil & lubricants shall be provided by us on account of A.M.C. If desired, the spare parts required for your store can be supplied at an extra cost.

ERECTION:-
1) ERECTION is altogether a different task, which we normally do not undertake unless & until specifically asked for
erection of an equipment or a plant.
2) We have kept this point as optional because sometimes our client (purchaser) has sufficient staff capable of erecting the desired equipment.
3) We have three choice for our client (purchaser)
a) We help our client by deputing our qualified Engineer/Supervisor to give the professional guide line/supervise the work at his site.
b) We even undertake the complete responsibility of erecting the desired equipment i.e. we depute all the required manpower, skilled/semiskilled or helper
c) We can even supply the required tools tackles and consumables also in order to carry out erection viz tools, welding transformers gas cutting set.Welding electrodes,spanner etc.The charges for this shall be intimated by a separate bill
4) The most important point, which is in the scape of our client is that, electricity 415 volts, 3 phase, water and other necessities are to be made available to us free at cost of the place ;to erection.
5) For point No. (a) above, we have standardized our rates tabulated below irrespective of state/place in India:-

COMMISSIONING:-
1) If the clients are undertaking the entire erection works themselves then the commissioning of the plant is their responsibility.
2) In other cases, if we detail our team for erection we take all the responsibility.
3) Sometimes it becomes essential to obtain approval fro, any State Govt. or Central Govt.his electrical board/municipal corporation etc, then our client will complete all the formalities and obtain the required approval.
4) The related erection/civil drawing shall be provided by us free at cost.

TESTING:-
1) The equipment/plant is tested by our team and a proper record/minutes of meeting are recorded.
2) A proper test report/test certificate is also issued in presence of an authorized person from our clients and one of our representatives.
3) A joint inspection report is also recorded and followed by proper handling over note.
4) The equipment/plant is tested at its optimum positions and under optimum load condition and satisfies our client to the best.
